Can I visit your design studio?

Our studio is not open to the public but we highly encourage to order samples from our website.

Ordering

How far in advance should I order my invitations?

We recommend that you order your invitations at least 2 months in advance, including 1 months for handmade and printing sections and 1 month for shipping after proof approvals.

Do you take rush orders?

Express printing is available on each product page. Rush orders for the designs range from an additional 20-40% depending on the complexity of the project.

Can I order free samples?

Sorry that we are not able to offer free samples since all these invitations cost us labor and time to produce, but we do encourage you to order invitation card samples for you to see the quality and feel the different papers. US$80 per each sample. Sample include all applicable enclosures (invitation card, response card, thank you note, seating card and envelope).

I like a design in the invitation but I would really like another font. Can I change the font?

Though we choose fonts that we believe is best for the invitation design, we understand that you may prefer other ones. Font changes can be accommodated for an additional charge of US$10 (one time fee). Please keep in mind that if you do not like a font on a flat panel invitation when you receive your complimentary proof, changing fonts again will incur a font change fee and an additional proof fee.

Can you copy another company’s design?

In addition to copyright issues, we respect other designers and can not copy their designs. We would be happy to discuss with you, though, what you do like about the invitation to see if we can design something that incorporates those elements.

Proof Approval

We will provide you a layout in PDF attachment by email once we received your order within 7 business days. If you need to make changes, just email back to us at hello@blossominglove.com and we will take care of it. Items will not go to print until we have your approval. This review is considered your first round of revision, and this is the time to let us know what you would like to change or edit. There are a total of three rounds of revisions available to you, additional rounds will be billed at US$50 each.

We will then mail you the color proof on receipt of your final approval. This final proof will be sent by Hong Kong Post or other Express services. Please proofread carefully! Blossoming Love is not responsible for any errors on the final product that were present on the approved proof.

Shipping

How to delivery order?

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). And the shipping costs have included in the invitations costs already.

What if some of my invitations were damaged during shipping?

We make ever effort to prepare your invitations in a secure package, but we understand that there is a possibility that your invitations can be damaged during shipping. Blossoming Love will replace up to 5% of your entire order if your invitations are damaged during shipping. Damages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. All you have to do is send us back the damaged items and we will send you replacements. Rest assured; it is not common for the invitations to be damaged during shipping.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal through our online checkout or money order only.

Return

Blossoming Love does not accept returns. If you discover errors after you’ve approved the final proof, we must charge for a second print run. In the unlikely event that an error is due to our negligence, we will do everything possible to rectify it – including reprinting it at our cost.

Cancellations

- Cancellations during the proof process but before final approval will be accepted for a US$70 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after proof approval but before your order has gone to press will be accepted for a US$500 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations for orders that have already gone to press cannot be accepted or refunded.

Policies

By purchasing Blossoming Love products, you are accepting the following policies and conditions:

- If ordering products that require assembly by us, they may vary slightly from one to another since they are hand assembled.
- Ink colors for your invitations may vary slightly from samples that you order. Ink colors vary because of different print runs.
- We are not responsible for estimated shipping times published by the shipping company.
- We retain the right to adjust our prices to current market conditions. We will honor quotes for special orders for up to three weeks.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your information; we use and share the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order or making a request only to the extent necessary to complete that order or request.
